Web development and ecommerce

Web development and ecommerce built to convert

We design and build websites and ecommerce stores made to turn traffic into business.

Your website is where all the media work ends up: if it doesn't measure up, nothing else matters. We design it to convert, not only to look good.

What we solve

We build websites and stores on WordPress and Shopify with SEO, GEO and measurement built into the project itself, not added in a later phase: every site launches ready for Google and for AI assistants to understand and cite it. The platform choice follows the business model and the expected customer journey, not a technical preference. In migrations, we plan the transition to keep rankings, historical data and measurement, which is where losses concentrate.

Projects

Each project, and what it includes

Websites and stores on Shopify and WordPress, with measurement built into the development itself. These are the usual projects and what goes into each one, in the order they get decided.

  1. 01

    The base

    Shopify, WordPress or corporate website

    • Shopify store

To sell products and run the store without depending on a developer: checkout, payment methods and scalability come built in.

    • WordPress site or store

When content matters as much as the catalog, there is an ERP or custom processes, or the business isn't exactly a store. More freedom and more maintenance.

    • Corporate website

For clinics, education and professional services, where the website doesn't sell, it qualifies: explain the service, show proof and ask for the appointment where the user is already convinced.

  2. 02

    What sells

Product page, checkout, B2B area and integrations

    • Product page and checkout

Photos, sizes, stock and delivery time visible before asking for anything, and a checkout that doesn't ask for details nobody wants to give. That's where the margin is, not on the homepage.

    • Private area for trade buyers

Prices and ordering for professional customers, in building materials or distribution. It's a different build, and we say so before starting.

    • Integrations

CRM, logistics, marketplaces, payments and analytics connected to the website, aligned with your business processes.

  3. 03

    What's built in

SEO, GEO, measurement and performance, from day one

    • SEO and GEO built in

Content in the HTML, not behind JavaScript, structured data, sitemap, robots and llms.txt, and a structure that Google and AI assistants like ChatGPT or Perplexity can read and cite. It's included in every build, not quoted separately. See the page →

    • Built-in measurement

Ecommerce events with value, forms with real confirmation, tag container and consent banner, defined with the templates and tested before launch.

    • Performance

Image weight, third-party scripts and whatever blocks the first paint. The goal isn't a perfect score: it's a page that becomes usable fast on an ordinary phone.

  4. 04

    Existing site

    Migrate without losing what works

    • Platform migration

URL inventory, 301 redirects one by one, titles and content that already rank, and several weeks of monitoring afterward. It ends when the curves are back where they were.

Web development and ecommerce in detail

Shopify or WordPress: how to decide

The choice isn't ideological; it depends on the business model. Shopify fits when the business is selling products and the team wants to run the store without depending on a developer for every change: checkout is solved, payment methods and scalability come built in, and in exchange there is less freedom for custom processes.

Measurement and speed are part of the build, not an afterthought

We set up tracking within the same project, not as a later phase: ecommerce events with their value, forms with real confirmation, the tag container and consent are defined alongside the templates and tested before launch.

Migrating without losing what already works

A poorly planned migration wipes out months of rankings. The work that prevents it isn't glamorous: a complete inventory of old URLs, a map of 301 redirects one by one to their real equivalent, keeping the titles and content that already rank, and checking that tracking records from day one.

Your website is the last piece of the media plan

All campaign investment ends up on the website. If the product page doesn't deliver what the ad promised, if checkout asks for details nobody wants to give, or if the page takes five seconds to load on mobile, the media budget is being spent propping up a leak. That's why we build with the campaign in mind: the landing pages the media will need are in the structure from the start.

Frequently asked questions

What we get asked most before we start working together. If yours is not here, just ask us.

  1. How much does a new website cost, and how long does it take?

It depends on the scope, and any figure given before seeing it is made up. What drives the price is the number of templates, the integrations with the systems you already use, and whether there is a catalog or content migration. We give you a quote and a timeline after a scoping conversation, both in writing.

  2. Will you always recommend Shopify?

No. Shopify is the right answer for many ecommerce businesses, not all of them. If content matters as much as the catalog, or there are integrations with the ERP and internal processes that Shopify won't let you touch, WordPress is a better fit. In either case, you get the reasoning behind the recommendation, with what you gain and what you give up.

  3. What happens to my rankings if I change platforms?

They're kept if the migration is planned, and lost if it isn't. What protects them is a 301 redirect map from each old URL to its real equivalent, keeping the content and titles that already rank, and monitoring for several weeks after the switch. That is part of the project, not an extra billed separately.

  4. Can we manage the website ourselves afterward?

Yes, and that's the goal. We deliver the site ready for your team to change copy, images, products and pages without depending on us, and we train you to use it. What's best left in technical hands are structural changes and measurement changes, where a small mistake shows up in every campaign at once.

  5. Do you work on existing websites?

Yes. Much of what we do is work on live websites: performance, structure, product pages, checkout and measurement. We only propose rebuilding from scratch when the technical foundation blocks progress, because a full redesign breaks your historical data and makes it impossible to know which change worked.

  6. Is measurement a separate service?

No. Tracking is set up within the build itself: ecommerce events with value, forms, tag container and consent, tested before launch. Leaving it for later means the first weeks of campaign investment are measured poorly, and that data can't be recovered.

  7. Is the website ready for Google and ChatGPT?

Yes, it's included in every build. Content is in the HTML, not behind JavaScript, the site has structured data, sitemap, robots and llms.txt, and it loads fast on mobile: that's what Google and assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity need to read it, understand it and cite it. What comes next, working on content so it ranks and measuring which AI answers you appear in, is covered by the SEO and GEO and AI visibility services.
