Paid Media

Paid media campaign management in Spain and Latin America

We design and run media investment strategies focused on profitability, control and sustainable growth.

We always work in accounts and assets owned by the client, with full access to platforms, data and settings from day one. The campaign history, the audiences and the conversions are yours.

What we solve

We manage Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Pinterest: search, social and retail media. We test on a controlled budget, check that measurement is reliable and scale only what keeps ROAS and cost per acquisition on target. Accounts are opened in the client's name, with the history, audiences and conversions under their control.

How we work

  1. Every channel serves a goal

We don't activate channels because they're trending or to fill out a menu. Every channel enters the plan with a specific goal.

  2. Measurement before scaling

We confirm that measurement is reliable before raising spend, so every scaling decision rests on correct data.

  3. Testing on a controlled budget

We test on a controlled budget and scale only what proves profitable. Scaling means investing better, not investing more.

  4. Reports without noise

A clear view of performance and spend, without unnecessary metrics. Ongoing tracking of costs and trends.

Formats

Each format, at its stage of the funnel

Each format has a goal, a place in the funnel and a way to be measured, and that is what decides whether it gets activated. These are the usual ones, at the point where they come in.

  1. 01

    Discover

    People not searching yet

    • Meta Ads

Feed, Stories and Reels to build demand where the product is discovered before it is searched for, and to reach again people who have already visited the website.

    • TikTok Ads

In-feed video that plays like content, not like an ad. To reach people who aren't searching yet and build demand, in Spain and Latin America.

  2. 02

    Consider

    People comparing and planning

    • Pinterest Ads

For categories where people plan before they buy: home decor, fashion, remodeling. It reaches people while they are still deciding, before they search.

    • ChatGPT Ads

Advertising inside ChatGPT answers while the user compares and decides, with the OpenAI pixel to measure on your website. Planned alongside everything else, not as a separate line item. See the page →

  3. 03

    Buy

People already searching or at the point of purchase

    • Search

Text ads for people already searching for the product or service. This is existing demand, and the fastest return and the easiest to measure.

    • Shopping

The product with its photo and price in the results, built from the Merchant Center feed. For ecommerce with a catalog.

    • Performance Max

A single campaign that spreads across search, Shopping, YouTube, Discover and display with automated bidding. It optimizes on the conversions it receives, so it starts only once measurement is clean.

    • Local search

For clinics and businesses with a physical location: the ad in search and in Maps, with distance and opening hours in view. Proximity decides before creative does.

    • Retail media

Ads inside the marketplace where the shopper is already deciding: Amazon, or whichever one leads each category in each country. Measured with the marketplace's own sales.

  4. 04

    Come back

    People who already know you

    • Dynamic catalog

The ad builds itself from the feed: the product you viewed, the one you left in the cart and similar ones for people who don't know you yet. For fashion ecommerce and large catalogs.

Paid Media in detail

How we decide which channels to invest in

The first step is to check whether demand already exists or has to be created. If people already search for a dermatology clinic or for pre-hung doors for contractors, the natural channel is search, with Search and Shopping; if the product is discovered before anyone searches for it, as in fashion or food, social ads and video lead.

The first 30 days, and when to scale or stop

The first 30 days are for validation: clean measurement first, account structure next and a controlled budget to build up enough conversions per campaign. The goal isn't profitability yet; it's being able to decide on data rather than gut feeling. Until that volume exists, we say so and draw no conclusions.

Which metrics decide and which only diagnose

Two headline metrics: ROAS for direct-sales businesses and cost per acquisition for lead generation. Impressions, CTR and CPM stay in the report, but in their proper place: they explain why a campaign behaves the way it does, they don't justify the spend.

What changes by market and industry

We manage accounts for clients in Spain and Latin America, and what changes from one market to another isn't the strategy: it's auction costs, how mature each channel is and the payment methods available, which shape the conversion rate and, with it, the cost per acquisition the business can sustain.

Before we start

Frequently asked questions

What we get asked most before we start working together. If yours is not here, just ask us.

Another question? Write to us
  1. Do the ad accounts belong to us or to the agency?

To you. We open the Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Pinterest accounts in the client's name and work in them with management permissions. The campaign history, audiences, conversions and creative assets remain your property, so if the relationship ends there is nothing to migrate and no need to start from scratch.

  2. What budget do I need to get started?

It depends on the cost per click and cost per acquisition in your industry, not on a fixed figure. Our benchmark is that the testing budget has to reach the conversion volume the platforms themselves recommend for automated bidding to learn; below that threshold, any conclusion is noise. We calculate it before starting, with your account data, or with industry data if the account is new.

  3. How long until we see results?

The first two or three weeks are for learning and for validating measurement, and data from that period isn't representative. From the second month on, there is a basis to read ROAS and cost per acquisition with judgment and to decide where to scale. In businesses with a long decision cycle, such as education or healthcare services, that reading comes later, once the leads complete the cycle.

  4. Do we need to run several channels at once?

Not always, and starting with all of them is usually a mistake. If there is untapped search demand, that's where the fastest return is, and the cleanest to measure. Discovery channels come in once search is covered, or when the product needs to build demand before anyone searches for it.

  5. How are spend and performance reported?

With a monthly report covering spend, results by channel and campaign, the trend against the previous period and the decisions made, with the reason for each. We also build a Looker Studio dashboard connected to the platforms and GA4, so you can check the data whenever you want, not only when the report arrives.

  6. What if the website's measurement isn't reliable?

It gets fixed before investing. If conversions come in duplicated or the purchase value isn't sent, automated bidding optimizes on false data, and the problem grows as soon as the budget goes up. We review the tag container, the events and consent, and if needed we rebuild the measurement layer before launching campaigns.
